By eating fast food affects immune system.


     *It is not good for you - If your overweight,trying to lose weight or have any kind of health issue,fast food is  probably one of the worst things you can eat.
     *It is usually filled with fat,refined sugars,gross
amount of sodium and countless carbohydrates;all the stuff that is poison to your immune system.
     *Fast food make us fatter,weaker our immune system.
     *Eat carefully and try to achieve a balanced diet.If  you have fast food meal one day,make sure your other meals are filled with fiber,fruits,vegetables and vegetable 
protein.
     *Our human body is just like a machine.To run a 
machine we need fuel like that food is necessary for our   human body.
     *Overeating for a short period can have a long term   effects.
     *Effects of fast food consumption on 18 it is healthy
and normal weight both male and female.
     *After only eating continuously a month it will cause  the average weight gain was 14 pounds of fat.

4.USES OF FRESH FRUITS. 

Fresh fruits rich in vitamins.
    
     *Fruits are nature's gift to humans,because they are  enclosed with vitamins,minerals and anti-oxidants.They are  help human body free from diseases and keep healthy.
     *Fruits are lower in calories and fat.It is a source  of soluble fiber and vitamins.
     *Many of the fruits have vitamin C which act as an    anti-oxidants.
     *Fruits are help us to prevent diseases like stress,  cancer and fight against the germs that affect our body.
     *It increases our immunity level.When comparing to    vegetables the fruits have lot of anti-oxidants.
     *Taking fruits in our daily diet,we can protecting    our self from small infections like skin diseases,hair fall  and to solve the memory loss.
Good things by eating fresh fruits.

     *Some vitamins in fruits are also cure the infectious diseases like cancer and weaker bones.
     *Buy full fruits instead of buying a section because  the vitamins are less in sectional fruits.In a whole fruit they are rich in vitamins and minerals.
     *Dry fruits like dates and dried grapes are rich in   iron and calcium.
     *Consumption of some dry fruits daily build up the    whole availability of nutrients.
     *Organic fruits such as berries and tropical tree     fruits are rich in flavor and vitamins,minerals and filled with number of antioxidants.
     *Fruits should be wash as they soon after buying. Rinseit thoroughly with salt water and then in cool water till  you are satisfy with complete cleanliness.
     *Eat fruit as it is nature,without adding any 
additional flavors to get full nutritional benefits.
     *If you need to store the seasonal fruits for few days wrap in the plastic cover.
     *Have seasonal fruits in the daily diet.
5.AVOID PRESERVATIVE FOODS.
Avoid preserved food items.
    *Eat fresh and whole foods that are prepared in home.
     *Avoid processed foods,if you chooses that see the    ingredients on the label to know the harmful preservatives.     *Natural preservatives such as ascorbic acid,citric 
acid,vinegar,salt and sugar are not harmful preservatives.
     *Artificial sweetener namely Aspartame(E951) most      popularly known as Nutra sweet and found in foods labelled  'sugar free'.
     *This is a neutrotoxin and cacrinogen.It erode the 
intelligence and affect short-term memory. 
     *The components of this toxic sweetener may lead to
brain tumor,diabetes,lymphoma and emotional disorders like depression,dizziness,headaches,nausea and mental confusion.     *Acesulfame.K, a relatively new artificial sweetener   found in baking foods,gum and gelatin has not been 
thoroughly tested and it linked to kidney tumors.
Preservatives used are very dangerous.
     *Aspartame found in toothpaste,ice tea,breath mints,
cereal,chewable vitamins,drink mixes,coke,sugar free sodas and cough syrup.
     *High fructose corn syrup(HFCS) found in bread,candy,  salad dressings,canned vegetables,cereals.
     *It increases your cholesterol levels and contributes to the development of obesity and diabetes.
     *Monosodium glutamate(MSG/E621) found in Chinese food,potato chips,many snacks,cooking soup products.
     *It effects the neurological pathways of the brain and weight gain.
     *MSG is an excito-toxin and regular consumption may   result in depression,eye damage,headache and obesity.
     *Trans fat in baked foods,fast foods and chips.It    
increases cholesterol level by decreasing the good 
cholesterol.
     *It gives the risks of heart attacks,heart diseases 
and strokes and other heart problems.
     *Potassium Bronate used to increase volume in bread   and bread-roll.It cause cancer in animals.Small amount of  bread can create problems for humans.
